Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and possess strong communication and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Oversee and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Handle phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and routing calls as necessary
- Schedule management for meetings, appointments, and events
- Develop training programs for new employees and ongoing professional development
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity
- Maintain medical office management standards if applicable
- Assist in budgeting processes and monitor expenses
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle vendor management and relationships
- Front desk duties including greeting visitors, managing inquiries, and directing clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Experience in team management or supervising roles is a plus
