Required Education and Experience
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with a team of UX/UI design and UX research
- Solid skills in the use of one or more wireframing/prototyping tools (Axure, Figma, XD)
- Development and Product to define needs and the user experience
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in human-computer interaction (HCI), user experience, human factors, interaction design, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and visual (UI) design
- Experience designing for web and/or mobile applications
- Ideal experience with B2B in addition to B2C
- Help develop an experience strategy for building the next generation of commercial digital products
- Develop a deep understanding of users through tests of prototype designs, user needs analyses, and working closely with SMEs and UX Researchers
- Understand user needs, business requirements, and technology capabilities
- Lead design activities in cross-functional development teams to create highly usable, engaging designs and experiences
- Iterate designs through testing with end users to ensure success once developed
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to identify critical trends for the company to stay ahead of
- Collaborate with the team to create a vision of the product's evolution over the next few years and work towards its realization
- Perform other tasks as required
