1st Shift- Maintenance Technician - $20 / hr- Grand Rapids, MI Come work for a company that fabricates structural steel beams used for the construction industry! Preferred Qualifications : Inspects, adjusts, and maintains machinery and equipment Troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-mechanical parts and systems General facility maintenance (electrical, gas, plumbing, pipe systems) Ability to read and interpret blueprints Conducting quality checks on weldsPreferred Skills : Experience with welding Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and reach with hands during the entire shift Mechanically inclined Dependability, adaptability, and punctuality At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experienceIn this role, candidates will be performing machine and facility maintenance.

In this position, candidates will dismantle and maintain machines and equipment, and perform general maintenance on electrical, plumbing, air, gas and water line, and pipe systems throughout the facility.
