Shift: Full Time Day Shift (80 hours per bi-weekly pay period)

Wage: $21-25 per hour

Responsibilities

• Repairs machines, equipment, or structures using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electrical testing devices.
• Assembles, installs, or repairs wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery or equipment.
• Completes tasks in compliance with state and federal building maintenance standards.
• Completes routine maintenance tasks as needed.
• Responsible for the timely and expeditious completion of work orders, recognizing orders that have high priority and ensuring their completion prior to leaving for the day.
• Assists with projects as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Completes on-call rotation for emergency maintenance services.
• Completes rotation for snow removal.

Required Education: High school diploma/GED. College coursework in building maintenance a plus.

Required Work Experience: Three years of Maintenance experience with previous Knowledge of HVAC and boiler systems is preferred.
