Worcester Dentist Group is Hiring a Dental Front Desk Receptionist Near Worcester, MA

Our dental office in Worcester is seeking an office manager to join our team. Dental experience is a MUST for at least 1 years. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Salary depends on experience.

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

- Greet patients, Make appointments, and fill in cancellations and no-shows.
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage.
- Complete Pre-treatments and referrals as appropriate.
- Enter relevant patient data into our system and make sure the data is updated and accurate.
- Responsible for the daily non-clinical operations of their assigned office including patient satisfaction, revenue, profitability.

- Provides superior patient service demonstrating responsiveness and sensitivity to patient needs with urgency to resolve any patient dissatisfaction in accordance with patient needs.
