Job Overview:
We are seeking a customer-oriented Front Desk Employee to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience. As well as playing a leading roll in the sale of memberships.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Tour prospective members about facility and understand how to effectively sell memberships
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Handle Member Sign Ups and Cancellations
- Assist guests with requests and provide information about gym services and amenities
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Ensure the facility area is clean and presentable

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage guest check-ins and inquiries effectively
- Ability to sell gym amenities and upsell services to enhance guest experience
- Experience in cash handling and maintaining financial transactions
- Knowledge of electronics sales or technical sales is advantageous
- Previous experience in retail sales, jewelry sales, or stock management is beneficial
