Woory is a global company based in Korea head office and challenging the next generation of electric vehicle market with production sites in many countries around the world. We are looking for someone who will work with us as a team of Woory at Dublin GA new plant!

Position Summary

The Production Supervisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of machinery and the efficient production of high-quality components. This position requires a strong focus on maintaining production targets, product quality standards, and fostering collaboration among team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of assigned machinery, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

· Collaborate with production Operators/Material Handlers to optimize workflow and achieve high levels of productivity.

· Conduct regular inspections of products to uphold quality standards.

· Promptly identify and address any deviations from established quality norms.

· Report quality issues to the appropriate channels for swift resolution.

· Oversee routine maintenance activities on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.

· Report and escalate technical issues to the maintenance team as needed.

· Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines within the production environment.

· Actively participate in safety training programs and address safety concerns promptly.

· Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

· Operation and troubleshooting of machinery.

· Interpretation of technical manuals and diagrams.

· Understanding of mechanical systems.

· Basic maintenance skills.

· Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs. materials, as well as perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.

· Ability to lead and motivate a team of Production Operators/Material Handers

· Excellent communication skills to convey production goals and safety guidelines effectively.

· Bilingual in Korean preferred.

· Bachelor's degree required.

· Previous experience as production operator is preferred.

· Experience in manufacturing work environment preferred.

· Consistent attendance, punctuality, and dependability in fulfilling job responsibilities.

• Monday to Friday
