The ideal candidate is customer service oriented with a positive, warm, friendly, and energetic attitude. He or she must be able to work well and manage multiple tasks both as part of a team and individually with limited supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets customers and answers phones in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- Schedules appointments
- Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas
- Assists with laundry
- Obtains vaccine records
- Investigates and resolves customer queries
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all products
- Performs other duties as assigned
