The Business Manager is a key member of The Woodward School for Girls’ senior administrative team. This role involves monitoring the school's financial and business health, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business.
We are seeking candidates with an accounting background with a minimum of three years experience in a business office setting. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and demonstrate proficiency in financial management and reporting for NonProfits.

Reporting directly to the Head of School, this hybrid position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, including liaising with our external accounting and business management team to ensure seamless communication and operations. Furthermore, as the key point person for human resources, you will spearhead the posting of employment opportunities, oversee the onboarding process for new employees, manage employee benefits, and facilitate all aspects of human resources management.
