Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within metal fabrication project management
- Knowledge & understanding of metal fabrication, piping & installation
- Previous experience with all aspects of projects including pricing of labor & materials
- Evaluate all areas of the project for cost effectiveness
- Examine blue prints to prepare appropriate cost estimates
- Communicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors and internal departments regarding change orders & other project matters
- Continually provide cost determinations on in house fabrication or purchasing of products
- Establish policies & procedures to monitor project costs
- Adhere to project deadlines
