Overview
We are searching for a motivated individual to join our growing team of professionals as we design the communities in which we live, work, and play.
Qualified candidates must have high-level verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer skills (AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office at a minimum) and a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well alone and as part of a Team.
As a Project Manager, you will use your land development experience, design knowledge, and skills to create and manage innovative projects through the preparation of site layout, grading, utility and landscape plans, as well as stormwater management, soil erosion and sediment control, and infrastructure designs. You’ll also be responsible for obtaining local, state, and federal approvals and permits for various projects. Experience with PADEP, PennDOT, and municipal ordinance requirements/approvals is required.
Our ideal person has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or landscape architecture and is a licensed professional engineer or professional landscape architect in Pennsylvania at a minimum.
