Title: Program Director

Salary: Starting at $85000 / hour depending upon education, experience, and licensure.

• Must be able to collect and interpret data regarding the progress of the program and if goals are being met.
• Must be able to provide supervision to the program supervisors and manage staff.
• Must be able to review and manage a budget.
• Must be able to evaluate and enhance efficiency and productivity of the program. The program director must be able to ensure that the program is adhering to all DMHAS and 988 guidelines and policies.
• Expected to participate in an on-call rotation in order to provide remote clinical backup and supervision to the MCORT teams.

• Must possess a clinical license (LCSW, LPC) in addition to a master’s degree in a mental health related field in addition to two years postmasters experience in a mental health setting.
• Must have at least two years supervisory experience and previous crisis experience is preferred.
• Required to participate in CPR and First Aid training and required to perform techniques as needed.
• Required to complete annual Agency trainings, as well as job related trainings determined by position.
• Travel using agency vehicle required. Employee must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive and agency owned vehicle.
