Is this the type of company you could work for? We are looking for someone who: Supports requests relating to the Organization’s commission system and processes necessary adjustmentsRecalculates commissions and various bonuses for the sales force Initiates transactions for off-cycle pay Maintains records and processes changes for new hires, promotions, demotions or terminations of WoodmenLife Sales RepresentativesEnsures licensing and license renewal of all WoodmenLife Sales RepresentativesConducts filing to State Insurance Departments for all new sales representative appointments, renewals and cancelations. Conducts audits to confirm commission calculations each semi-monthly pay run. Meets expectations with accurate, complete, and timely service Fosters effective business relationshipsSupports the team environment by assisting with the additional responsibilities as needed Conducts Employment Verifications for sales forceReceives and reviews requirements for contract fulfillment for WoodmenLife Sales Representatives Reviews Credit, Background and Drug screening reports daily and communicate results.
