We are seeking dedicated and passionate Substitute Teachers to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with students of various ages2.5-5 years old and provide valuable support to the educational process. This is a flexible position that allows you to gain experience in different classroom settings.

```Duties```
- Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher
- Implement effective teaching strategies to engage students in the learning process
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate individual student needs
- Manage student behavior and enforce classroom rules
- Assist students with assignments and provide guidance when needed
- Foster a love for learning and encourage student participation
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a cohesive educational experience

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working with students, preferably in a classroom setting
- Strong knowledge of lesson planning and classroom management techniques
- Understanding of childhood development principles and educational best practices
- Ability to educate and communicate effectively with students of different age groups
- Experience in behavior management and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Familiarity with literacy education strategies and techniques
- Ability to adapt quickly to different teaching styles and curriculum requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team
