We are looking for a highly qualified Infant/Toddler Teacher. You will provide amazing experiences that will challenge them to grow and develop into all that God has for them.

Our infant/toddler teacher must have a great love and patience for children, bright, extremely friendly and communicative with parents, staff and administrators.

Qualifications needed to teach them effectively include knowledge of best practices and a willingness to learn and develop a working knowledge of our philosophy grounded in Reggio Emilia and researchers including Emmi Pikler, Magda Gerber and Resources for Infant Educarers. No worries if you don't know about these amazing educators...we will teach you and you will fall in love with their philosophies too!
You must be willing to learn our educational methods--using natural gross motor development and gentle caregiving practices-- as well as the ability to engage them and earn their trust and attention. The goal is to contribute to the healthy cognitive and emotional development of each child.
