What are some of our expectations for you as a teacher:
- Develop and implement research based, age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum implementing the Reggio Emilia philosophy--don't worry...if you can write and implement lesson plans and love to play...Reggio will be EASY for you.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the overall well-being of students.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior.
- Implement early intervention strategies for students with special needs.

- A love for incorporating music, storytelling, and nature into the daily rhythm of learning, enriching the spiritual and sensory experiences of our young learners.

What Qualifications Are We Seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to communicate with stakeholders using professionalism
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning
- Knowledge of curriculum development for young children
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies and techniques
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain a positive learning environment
- Experience in physical education or implementing physical activities for young children is a plus
- Experience in toddler care is preferred
