Redstone Windows and Doors is looking for a talented individual, who has experience with doors and windows. The ability to work with your hands and have extream attention to details. You will be tasked with problem solving and trouble shooting issues on the fly. You would be working hand in hand with the sales team to troubleshoot and resolve door and window issues in the field. You will help guide contractors with insights and install instructions. Help customers dealing with service or warranty issues. Coordinating with manufacturers to get replacement parts. Be able to service and adjust products installed by contractors will be key. Helping warehouse team receive and deliver products to job site at times.

- Must be able to lift 75lbs safely

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• past experience in the building material industry is a plus
