Check us out at: We are looking for an HR Specialist What we bring to you:

$24-$26/hr, depending on experience, and quarterly bonuses dependent on company profitability

What our HR Specialist does:

Collaborate with leaders/managers and team members and to assist in resolving workplace issues
???????Maintains a thorough working understanding of applicable human resources related laws, regulations and policies
Enter new hire onboarding documents
Maintain accurate Team Members files
Partner with leaders on new HR processes; Train managers on systems or protocols that promote HR strategy (recruit, develop and retain) and ensure various Woodgrain policies and procedures are followed

What you need to have:

AA degree in Human Resources or related field -OR- equivalent years of experience
2-3 years of experience required
Proficiency with Office 365
Great learning agility and ability to work on a team
