**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a background in hotel management, food handling, and banquet services. **Duties:** - Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, including overseeing staff, inventory, and customer service - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall guest experience - Coordinate and supervise events, banquets, and catering services - Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control, and menu planning - Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally - Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting - Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service **Experience:** - Proven experience in hotel or restaurant management - Knowledge of kitchen management and food service industry standards - Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively - Previous experience in team management and training - Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus - Experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is preferred This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for career growth within the organization.
