Full-Time (Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm)

Annual Salary: $50,000

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized General Office Manager to join our team. The General Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and administrative functions. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the successful candidate will oversee various administrative tasks, manage office support and housekeeping staff, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily review of business registers to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Update daily Product Specialist sales performance using Google Sheets.
  • Email Product Specialist sales metrics daily using Microsoft BI.
  • Monitor purchase order (PO) reports and proactively resolve any special order errors.
  • Update product pricing and maintain accurate pricing records.
  • Process sales, returns, adjustments, and restocking fees using our Point of Sale (POS) system (Storis).
  • Update guests for orders taken by a previous employee who is no longer employed with us.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable (AR) balances and address any discrepancies.
  • Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies in a timely manner.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage and oversee office support and housekeeping staff.
  • Handle hiring, training, scheduling, and timecard management for office support and housekeeping staff.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews for office support and housekeeping staff.
  • Coordinate inventory and ordering of supplies necessary for office and store operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets, Microsoft BI, and POS systems (experience with Storis is a plus).
  • Comfortable usage of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to effectively manage and lead a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
