Wood Personnel Services is hiring for several open forklift positions throughout Rutherford County. These positions are temp-to-hire, with plenty of available overtime opportunities! 1stand 2ndshifts are available.
Forklift Operator Pay and Perks:
- $16.50 to $23 an hour
- 1stand 2ndshifts available

Forklift Operator Skills and Qualifications:
- One-year previous Forklift operating experience
- Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving or related environment preferred
- Ability to learn and follow work instructions
- Detail-oriented
Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Unload materials from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
- Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
- Transport materials to production workstations
- Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
- Read and understand fulfillment orders
- Cut and open boxes, pull material
- Apply shipping labels, stickers and packing lists to boxes
- Stock and restock products in racks
- Verify package contents against pick tickets as part of QC sampling
