We are now looking for competent Nurse Assistants to join our team of accomplished and talented individuals.

Duties

• Keep track of vital signs, temperature, intake/outtake, and medication consumption in an efficient, accurate, and timely way.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals in accordance with the nurses' recommendations.
• Help in admission, transfer and discharge of patients in a safe manner
• Assist resident with prescribed exercises as instructed by the therapist
• Assist seniors with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting, and other bathroom requirements, changing mattresses, and maintaining a clean environment favorable to our residents' health.
• Assist the RN/LPN in administering clinical care and other procedures to the residents
• Work effectively in a team environment in delivering care and assistance to residents
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor, RN, or management
• Safeguard resident confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and the flu
• Honest, energetic, approachable, and compassionate
• Understands legal implications of patient care
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Willingness to undergo criminal background check
• Must be 18 years old or above
• BLS or CPR certification encouraged
