We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. Our firm offers a professional and friendly work environment, and the opportunity to join a team of legal professionals with a high degree of experience and capability in a wide variety of practice areas.

Duties:

· Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various legal issues

· Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, briefs, and appeals

· Collaborate with other attorneys on case management and litigation

· Independently oversee the handling of client files

· Representing clients in court proceedings

· Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

· Generate and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

· Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

· Admission to the Illinois Bar

· Strong knowledge of legal principals and procedures

· Excellent legal research and writing skills

· Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw

· Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and to collaborate as part of a team
