In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing all of their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests. Responsibilities
- Immediately greet all customers, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and prospects.
- Update customer management system with policy information.
- Provide information regarding policies to customers.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Issue insurance policies to customers.
- Vehicle registration through our in-office RMV site. Training will be provided.
Requirements
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
