We're searching for an enthusiastic, customer-driven, and knowledgeable person to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing all of their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests. Your positive attitude, rapport-building, and desire to help will make you the perfect fit for this role.

Responsibilities


  • Immediately greet all customers, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and prospects.
  • Update customer management system with policy information.
  • Provide information regarding policies to customers.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Issue insurance policies to customers.
  • Vehicle registration through our in-office RMV site. Training will be provided.

Requirements


  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
