**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in our kitchen. The Prep Cook will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, ensuring food safety standards are met, and collaborating with the culinary team to deliver high-quality meals. **Duties:** - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping - Assist in cooking and preparing various menu items - Follow recipes and presentation specifications - Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Ensure all food and other items are stored properly - Assist with inventory management and stock rotation **Experience:** - Prior experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures - Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation - Basic knife skills for cutting, chopping, and slicing ingredients - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment - Culinary training or certification is a plus If you enjoy working in a dynamic kitchen environment and have a passion for food preparation, we would love to hear from you. Pay: $16.50 - $24.72 per hour
