Job Description: Infant Classroom Teacher at Wonderland Children's Academy. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging environment for Infants/Toddlers. You will play a pivotal role in their growth and development during these formative years.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development: Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to support the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of toddlers.
2. Child Care: Provide hands-on care, including diaper changing, feeding, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
3. Individualized Learning: Assess each child's unique needs and abilities and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
4. Supervision: Maintain a safe and secure environment, ensuring the well-being of children at all times.
5. Parent Communication: Establish open and regular communication with parents, providing updates on a child's progress and addressing any concerns.
6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and nurturing atmosphere.
7. Observation and Assessment: Monitor and document children's development and milestones, keeping detailed records.
8. Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety and health regulations, ensuring the well-being of children at all times.

Qualifications:

• Experience but not a requirement for the position. Training will be provided.
• Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification or relevant degree preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong communication skills.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with toddlers.
