Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining the daily operations of the property; overseeing work orders, vacant turnovers, leasing, resident relations, property projects, and invoice entry.
• Make recommendations to the Portfolio Manager on rental rates, concessions, etc.
• Manage and complete any maintenance work orders and property emergencies as needed
• Comply with all Fair Housing and appropriate landlord/tenant regulations

Other qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 years’ experience in property management
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams)
• A valid driver’s license and automobile insurance to be able to take deposits to the bank and run errands to the property

Must be willing to live onsite with a rental discount and work 8 hours per week at TBD hourly rate DOE.

This position is eligible for both a vehicle and cell phone reimbursement.
