Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in a variety of clinical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Perform vital signs measurements, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures
- Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing
- Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance forms
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and self-care instructions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in electronic health records (EHR) systems

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a medical office setting is preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
