**Description**

**Job Summary:**

Responsible for general reception and customer service tasks. Schedules client and fitness appointments as well as assisting with skincare sales. This position will also be responsible for room change in-between clients and any other customer service-related tasks. Assists members and guests; and prepares facility for opening/closing. Performs various duties assigned by department management according to policies and procedures and the mission of Woman's Hospital.

**Job Knowledge:**

Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. Computer proficiency (word processing and spreadsheet applications) is required. Requires excellent customer service skills.

**Hours:**

Full-Time; Days/Evenings

**Ray Range:**

$12.27 - $17.33
