Project Manager/Development Manager – Wolgast Corporation is a comprehensive construction provider offering Design/Build, Construction Management, General Construction, and Development services. We are seeking an experienced project/development manager in the Northern Ohio area to deliver safe, profitable, high quality real estate development projects on time that maximize value to our Clients and Organization.
Job Responsibilities – Provide overall project management/development management on real estate development projects. Position will manage multiple development projects in northern Ohio by: researching land for development; structuring and negotiating land purchases; obtaining financing; administration and coordination of development process; and contract and oversee the construction process.
Qualifications:

• Four-year construction related degree or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
• 5-10 years of similar project experience.
• Ground up development experience.
• Ability to lead teams to purposeful conclusions and manage relationships that foster future work.
• Ability and commitment to follow corporate systems.
