We have partnered with Wolfe and Associates in our search for our IT Resource Manager/Trainer.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
Strong technical knowledge in IT systems, infrastructure, and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management skills and experience with project management tools.
Knowledge of IT security best practices.
Availability for occasional off-hours work and support
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Stay updated on technology trends and recommend strategic technology investments.
Lead, mentor, and manage Electric Plus online training content and programs
Develop training programs for various software programs, using in place content
Delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring the team's productivity, growth and learning
Oversee the third party IT management company and verify scope of work
Generate regular reports on IT performance and key metrics.
Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures with aid of third party provider.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards
Develop and manage the IT department's budget.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize IT expenditures.
Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
Evaluate vendor contracts and negotiate favorable terms.
Plan and oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures.
Provide technical support to end-users and address their IT-related issues.
Work with IT company helpdesk system for efficient issue resolution.Evaluate and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place.
