Inspired by cooking techniques from Texas to South Carolina, Wolf River Brisket offers a modern twist on Southern classics. The menu highlights our house-smoked meats, including our signature Prime beef brisket, chicken, and salmon. With the bar as a focal point of the full-service dining room, WRB is also the go-to place to get an expertly balanced cocktail or a local beer on tap. Bartender

Bartenders are responsible for executing the drink menu to spec and creating an enjoyable environment for all guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Explaining our menu and offering recommendations
• Executing the drink menu with consistency and accuracy
• Navigating the Point of Sale system
• Entertaining and engaging guests
• Maintaining a safe and pristine environment
• And most importantly, building positive relationships with our guests that keep them coming back.
