In this role, you create a unique and curated experience for our guests by building relationships and guiding them through all we offer. In addition to executing exceptional customer service, you will be responsible for providing information to help our guests make educated decisions on food and beverage.

Responsibilities

Servers: You will suggest courses, explain the chef’s specialties, identify appropriate beverage pairings, and answer food preparation questions. You must communicate with the kitchen and bar through Toast or the manager to ensure timely drink and meal progression. You will respond to additional patron requirements by anticipating needs while observing the dining process and carrying out all cash and card transactions. Other duties may be asked of you, including but not limited to, answering phones in a timely and professional manner, greeting and seating guests, and table maintenance.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills, prior restaurant experience in an upscale / fine-dining environment is preferred.

Pay: $14.00 - $45.00 per hour
