```Duties```
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, croissants, and other baked goods (muffins, scones and cookies etc) according to recipes
-Prepare croissant and baguette sandwich
- Ensure that all baked goods and sandwiches are of high quality, properly portioned, and presented in an appealing manner
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and ensure timely production of baked goods
- Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies, and place orders as needed
_Assist with front of house customer service
- Assist with the development of new recipes and menu items
```Skills```
- Preferred but not required : experience as a baker or pastry cook in a restaurant or bakery setting
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong customer service skills to interact with customers
- Preferred but not required; Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices in the food industry
- Ability to use knives and other kitchen tools safely and effectively
