Who We're Looking For:
We are actively seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our in-house team. This role requires an individual with a strategic focus on revenue generation and market expansion. If you possess a proven track record of sales excellence, we invite you to consider joining our driven team.

What You'll Do:
As our Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on driving sales and maximizing revenue. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate leads, and close deals to drive sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, and key stakeholders to drive repeat business and foster brand loyalty.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, informing sales strategies and tactics.
• Track sales metrics and KPIs, analyze performance data, and generate reports to assess sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure the seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Attend annual trade shows.

• Previous CRM experience.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
