ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Operations Coordinator is a critical component of the Raw Sugar Sales team. You will contribute to the execution of sales and marketing strategies to streamline operations and drive brand growth across retailers. You will be responsible for coordinating the planning, execution, and optimization of displays to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as liaison between the Sales and partner teams including Marketing, Finance, and Operations
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns and promotions
- Coordinate information and assets needed for item, customer, or broker setup
- Plan display strategies aligned with sales objectives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor inventory levels of display materials such as shelving, signage, and promotional materials. Coordinate with suppliers or vendors to ensure timely delivery of display assets.
- Ensure proper execution of display installations at retail locations, including adherence to brand standards and guidelines.
- Assist Sales with end-to-end execution of tracking shipments, product samples, and other materials, and maintaining sales inventory of frequently needed supplies.
- Support administrative sales tasks and projects, including organization of key retailer dates, budget. planning, expense tracking, and refreshes for required documentation.
- Monitor and analyze POS market data - identifying market trends, and/or opportunities.
- Analyze and report on shopper and household behavior utilizing syndicated panel data.
- Assist in developing sell stories for new distribution, set expansions, category and promotional reviews.
