```Duties```
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. Your duties will include:

- Managing and supervising all staff members, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensuring excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement business plans
- Conducting regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
