• Leadership - Serving as a member of Plant Management Leadership Team, holding the department accountable for adherence to plant direction and establishing and ensuring achievement of all unit Key Performance Indicators. As a meticulous manager and high achiever, you will ensure adherence to and continuous improvement for all area Management Control & Reporting Systems (MCRS) elements with the training and building capabilities of all team members.
• Engaging in Business Planning - Participating in the business planning and budgeting process by developing short and long-term cost containment and reduction strategies. You’ll oversee the execution of projects within assigned area by monitoring project plans and status to ensure successful completion. Ensuring raw materials are converted into finished goods for assigned area/shift…
• Focus on Continuous Improvement and Development - Deploying and sustaining Lean Training to help staff meet the demands and challenges of our thriving business. With your help, the plant will comply with all employee safety, food safety, sanitation policies and regulations.
