Withum’s Outsource Accounting Systems and Services (OASyS) team is seeking a Lead Consultant - Healthcare to join our growing team in either our East Brunswick, NJ or Red Bank, NJ office. This is a hybrid position (3 days in office expectation). They will oversee and work together with staff and senior team members to service a wide range of companies. How You’ll Spend Your Time:

• Supervising a team
• Reviewing and approving payments to vendors / contractors
• Reviewing and approving payroll
• Handling month end close processes
• Reviewing and approving all proposed JEs
• Reviewing all reconciliations for Balance sheet accounts
• Performing monthly Financial Reporting including FS, narratives and dashboards
• Budgeting / Cash flow forecasting
• Working with Client Leadership of organization
• Facilitating outside annual audits
• Ensuring proper internal controls and enhancement of processes

The Kinds of People We Want to Talk to Have Many of The Following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or CPA Candidate
• 5-7 years of accounting experience
• Outstanding communication skills
• Preferably experience with Intacct Accounting System, QBO, and/or NetSuite Accounting Systems
