Tasks includes providing operational and tactical level exercise planning under its Cyberspace Wing supporting multiple defensive weapon systems and capabilities in response to service or joint-level requests. They also provide coordination of Cyber Range scheduling and management. Task includes to develop and consolidate specific exercise objectives and associated support requirements to refine exercise events that support cyber wing's unit training objectives. The contractor will coordinate exercise participation level expectations of the cyber wing with shareholders and interject cyber wing unit training objectives into overall exercise scenario. The contractor will identify any exercise training request that will potentially stress mission processes and procedures to cyber wing leadership. Job Duties * Integrate Cyber Wing Weapons Systems capabilities with MAJCOM, NAF, and Cyber Wing directed training objectives
* Participate in MAJCOM, NAF, and Cyber Wing exercise coordination team meetings
* Review and document Lessons Learned and After Action Reports from previous exercise events to correct previous shortfalls and enhance scenario development
* Coordinate the Cyber Wing's development of planning documentation.
* Update staff meeting slides
* Interface with unit Task Management Tool Required Skills: * US Citizens Only
* Active TS/SCI Clearance required
* Minimum of two (2) years cyberspace exercises and/or cyberspace range experience
* Additionally, one or more of the following: * BS Information Technology (IT)-related degree
* IAT Level II certification (DoD 8140)
* Five years' experience of Exercise and/or Range experience (i.e. technical, tasking, scheduling, planning, etc.
* Prior certification on a DoD cyber weapon system within the last five years
