Paid Search Specialist will aggressively test strategies and scale campaigns via A/B tests results to improve conversion rate, measure results, maximize new customer acquisition. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, accountable for growth targets, able to operate self-sufficiently, and not be afraid to ask for the resources needed for success.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Day to Day:
The successful candidate has experience with activation via efficient targeting, retargeting and personalization utilizing first, second, and third party data.
Vital addition to the Digital - Marketing Teams, this specialist efficiently maximizes qualified web visitors, prospects, trials, opportunities, pipeline by utilizing:
Strong expertise in multi-channel campaign development, engagement, and conversion.
Leverage campaign analytics across multiple data sources to drive growth at scale while continuously optimizing ROAS.
Responsible for paid search marketing campaigns (search, performance max, etc.), managing execution of search marketing strategies, and campaign optimizations.
Proactively provide strategic recommendations and influence the design and development of paid search creative based on objectives and KPIs.
Experience Requirements:
2 years of experience and/or excellent skills with paid search channels (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, including YouTube ads, PMax, etc)
Excellent in Google Analytics (or similar platform)
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, analysis, modeling)
Proficiency in marketing funnels and site A/B testing
Effective time management and self-sufficiency in a professional setting
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Integrity and optimism, regardless of the situation
Embraces and fosters new ideas, opinions, and ideologies.
