We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team. The goal of a Program Manager at Wisk is to ensure that program milestones, budget and staffing are optimized and remain within allocations. You will be part of the Flight Test and Operations team that is responsible for testing our newest generation of eVTOL aircraft.

What you will do:
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, flight operations, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing, to achieve program milestones and objectives.
    • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet program goals within defined timelines and budget constraints.
    • Collaborate with R&D teams to define technical requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and assess emerging technologies for integration into eVTOL systems.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and performance of eVTOL aircraft through iterative testing and design iterations.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory agencies regarding flight test activities and R&D initiatives.
    • Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making and resource allocation.
What you have done:
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience in aerospace engineering, with a focus on flight testing and research & development.
    • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
    • Familiarity with MS Project, scrum/agile methodologies and jira task management
    • Knowledge of eVTOL aircraft systems, including propulsion, avionics, flight controls, and energy storage technologies.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex technical data to drive data-driven decision-making.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders across organizational levels.
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support flight test activities and project meetings.
Desired:
    • Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards governing eVTOL aircraft development, such as FAR Part 23, ASTM F3196, and RTCA DO-178C/254.
    • Prior experience working with regulatory agencies, such as the FAA or EASA, to obtain certification for novel aircraft systems is desirable.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range the Company expects to pay: $104,793 - $120,452 per year - The starting base salary within this range for this role varies based on factors such as your geographical location, and your relevant job-related experience that is consistent with a business necessity.
