Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team, with expertise in Aegis (Factory Logix) software. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations and experience with Aegis (Factory Logix) implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Aegis (Factory Logix) software, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Configure and optimize Aegis (Factory Logix) workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
Develop and maintain documentation of Aegis (Factory Logix) configurations, workflows, and best practices.
Provide training and support to end-users on Aegis (Factory Logix) functionality and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve Aegis (Factory Logix) issues, collaborating with Aegis support teams as needed.
Requirements:
12 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on Aegis (Factory Logix) implementation and management
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control
Experience with data analysis, process improvement, and problem-solving.
Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
Experience with other manufacturing software systems, such as ERP or MES
Knowledge of industry 4.0 technologies and smart manufacturing principles
Certification in Aegis (Factory Logix) or a related field
Work Authorization

Compensation: -This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
