Experience & Skills:

  • 4 years of sourcing experience in a high-volume, in-house environment
  • Proven experience crafting Boolean search strings, particularly for sourcing candidates in niche industries and roles
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience collaborating closely with Recruiters to understand hiring needs, align sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates
  • Experience identifying trends and insights from response and conversion rates to make data-driven recommendations for iterative improvements
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills to manage candidate pipelines and track sourcing activities effectively
