WisEngineering, LLC is currently interviewing candidates for an immediate need in support of the Department of Defense at Picatinny Arsenal in Dover, NJ. This position requires US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance if required. Successful candidate will be an employee of WisEngineering working on site. Previous experience working within the Department of Defense is required. Position Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Picatinny Arsenal (On Site) Start Date: Immediate and future opportunities exist. Salary: 45-50K Desired Skills and Experience: Excellent Interpersonal, Writing and Editing skills Minimum 2 years of experience providing administrative support Must have experience with MS Office Suite with Expert Level experience with Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Familiarity with ATAPS, MeSpace a major plus! Daily project and administrative tasks: Managing ATAAPS MeSpace (submitting SF-182s for employees training) Outlook (Email, Calendar, Excel Word) Utilize MSTeams and Sharepoint if necessary to accomplish tasks Responsible for tracking Suspenses/Taskers Manage accountability of employees Supporting Lab Manager/Division Admin with tracking equipment for Hand Receipt monthly inventory Tracking Office Supplies Submitting Visitor Pass when needed Entering Help Tickets when needed
