Job description: Wise Medical Staffing is currently seeking HSW’s for contract work.
CONTRACT DETAILS: Weston, WV
- 6 month contract
- start date will be 01/29/2024 and 02/12/2024
- 12-hour shifts, 20 hours overtime if needed
- HSW’s must have at least one year of experience
Requirements:
- Application/Resume
- Background check and fingerprinting (WV Cares determination letters and final registry results)
- 10 panel Drug Screening
- WV Acknowledgement Form
- OIG Exclusions Database Search
- APS/CPS Form
- Recent Vaccinations-within a 2 year time frame (Flu, 2 PPDs, MMR, Varicella, HEP B series or titer, Tdap-must have proof of all)
- Covid Vaccine or Exemption (When received, the exemption will be submitted
- CPR (American Heart Association-BLS Only)
- Physical/Physician Statement
