- Location: Green Bay, WI
- Facility Type: Acute Psychiatric Hospital
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour Nights (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
- Schedule: Block scheduling, every other weekend required
- Pay: $57/hour (travel pay for 50 miles)
- Facility Overview:
- Units: 5 specialized behavioral health units
- Total Beds: 72
- Patient Population: Children (ages 5 ) through geriatric adults
- Security: No onsite security; occasional incarcerated individuals
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:12 (consistent across shifts)
- Support Staff: Nurses, BHAs, and House Supervisors (onsite at all times)
- Floating: Between units within the facility only
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct psychiatric and acute care experience
- Certifications: CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) – provided onsite
- Background Check: Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check (must be completed onsite, wet signature required)
- Travel Experience: Not required
- Orientation: Provided
