Requirements
- Active RN Registered Nurse license in West Virginia or Compact
- Experience in Psych and/or Long-Term Care preferred
- Current BLS/BCLS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- Ability to pass background screening and drug/alcohol screening
- COVID vaccination or approved exemption required
- Provide patient care in a psychiatric and/or long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patient condition and report changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards
