Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production personnel and resources to provide quality, cost-effective landscape maintenance and snow & ice management services.
• Support assigned Account Manager in the management of crews, equipment, and work tickets while providing proactive leadership and customer service.
• Understand client needs via regular communication with the Account Manager or Senior Production Manager.
• Ensure job site quality and appearance meet Wise Landscaping quality standards and client expectations.
• Manage all landscape & snow management services, including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors required to produce quality work.
• Inspect properties prior to scheduled services and prepare specific action plans for service, communicating to the Account Manager when service schedule changes as needed.
• Monitor sites' landscape health and irrigation system functionality.
• Perform hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands as necessary.
• Implement and enforce Wise Landscaping policies and procedures related to the proper upkeep and maintenance, storage, use, and training required for branch equipment.
• Identify staffing needs, recruit and hire new production employees, and communicate daily crew schedules in collaboration with the Account Manager and Production Managers.
• Provide hands-on training and support of crew members, including proper operation of equipment, pruning techniques, safety, and quality standards.
• Implement methods to improve safe workplace practices, deliver weekly safety training and monitor safety records.
• Maintain and manage all required administrative systems, including time sheets, Purchase Receipts, and Work Ticket allocations in the Aspire ERP.
• Order materials as needed and monitor costs and deliveries.
• Process purchase receipts and use in accordance with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of prior working experience in landscaping in a Crew Supervisor or Production Manager role.
• A minimum of a 2-year degree in a landscape-related field or certification by a landscape or tree care association is preferred, but this requirement can be waived with applicable experience.
• Bilingual is a plus, but is not required.

Compensation

The position offers a competitive salary, with hourly pay representative of equivalent to salary rate.
