Wise Landscaping, a family-owned firm, is seeking a dedicated Landscape Crew Supervisor to join our team. We specialize in commercial landscape maintenance, construction, and snow management, serving Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus, Ohio. As a Landscape Crew Supervisor, you will lead a team of 2 to 3 landscapers, ensuring the year-round beauty of our client properties. We value our people and offer competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 2 to 3 landscapers.
• Oversee and participate in landscaping tasks such as mowing, mulching, pruning, flower installation, cleanups, and weed spraying during Spring, Summer, and Fall.
• Manage and perform snow removal services using plow and salt trucks, skid steers, and wheel loaders during Winter.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a skilled landscaper.
• Valid driver's license.
• Prior experience in leading a team.
• Capability to perform landscape and snow management services on commercial sites.
